These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Prof-Car’s car rental services and website www.prof-car.com.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Conditions

• The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• The rental period starts and ends on the agreed dates stated in the contract.

• The vehicle remains the property of Prof-Car at all times.

2. Reservation and Payment

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

• Cash on delivery is available; some bookings may require a small deposit.

• Prices include standard insurance and VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Vehicle Delivery and Return

• Vehicles are delivered at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport or any agreed location.

• The renter must return the car at the same condition and fuel level as received.

• Late returns may result in extra charges.

4. Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles are insured against third-party damage.

• The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the insurance (e.g., tires, interior, personal belongings).

• Full coverage insurance can be added upon request.

5. Driver’s Responsibilities

• The renter agrees to drive responsibly and comply with all Moroccan traffic laws.

• The car may not be used for illegal activities, racing, or driving under the influence.

• Only authorized drivers listed in the contract may operate the vehicle.

6. Fuel and Mileage

• Most rentals include unlimited mileage, unless specified.

• Fuel policy: the car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before pickup without penalty.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged one rental day fee.

8. Liability and Accidents

• In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform Prof-Car and local authorities.

• An official police report is required for insurance coverage.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
